This is a great hotel in many ways, a perfect location half a block from Hoan Kiem Lake, is a communist government in Hanoi's old center in walking distance of all major tourism attractions . superb, good breakfast and very cozy atmosphere.the staff were extremely helpful and friendly and I have a feeling they really care about the hotel.we only stayed for two nights and was upgraded to a room club executives, our rooms are well equipped and you can only imagine some of the history of this place as you relax on the Chaise, with great cocktails and free breakfast to important in the club room. We will definitely stay there again.

Stayed here for 4 days with my wife and two teenage kids. Beautiful hotel in great location. Large rooms with big Bathrooms Beautifully updated. Outstanding breakfast. Great Italian Restaurant. Service excellent and friendly. Definitely would return to this hotel if I were to visit Hanoi again.

Solo Travel Review:
Metropole is a large old woman from Hanoi. It is redolent of a time when people dressed up to dine. We stayed in the old wing (Metropole Wing) and decreases with the spelling of this facility is really nice and charming. The check-in staff was excellent. The concierge, a little snotty. Is probably a limited position. It is located in a quiet part of the city, where luxurious shops. We want to be close to the hustle and bustle of the old French Quarter, but then again, a taxi is only $ 1 or $ 2. Off to the spa today. It looks divine!
